Every part 4You Truckparts sells is checked before it leaves our shop in Laredo, Texas. This page explains what our warranty covers, how long it lasts and how to make a claim.
12-month warranty
All of our products carry a 12-month warranty with unlimited mileage. The 12 months start on the date the part ships from us. We strongly recommend having a certified technician install every part, so it performs the way it should.
What the warranty covers
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship during those 12 months. To qualify, the part you send back must be the same unit we delivered, with no signs of tampering, modification, abuse, non-original parts or performance-related damage, and it must be free of any contamination.
What is not covered
- Damage from abuse, misuse, overloading, accidents or operator negligence.
- Improper application, installation or operation.
- Insufficient lubrication, contamination or poor maintenance.
- Repairs made by anyone not authorized by 4You Truckparts.
- Parts and labor for repairs, troubleshooting or diagnostic time, mechanic mileage, towing, downtime, lost profit, cargo damage and any other indirect costs.
New products
New products are covered by the warranty of their manufacturer or supplier. All warranties apply to the original buyer only. We may ask for proof of purchase and identification before approving a claim.
How to make a claim
- Contact our office at 956 206 1512 (call, text or WhatsApp) or 4youtruckparts@gmail.com to get a Warranty Request Number and a prepaid shipping label.
- Pack the part in a box of the right size with enough packing material to protect it.
- Place the return label on the outside of the box where it can be seen, and ship it to us.
4You Truckparts is not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from a breach of warranty.
