We want you to get the right part the first time. If something is wrong with your order, this policy explains how returns and refunds work at 4You Truckparts.
Return window
You can return a part within 10 days of delivery if it is unused, uninstalled and in the same condition you received it, with all pieces and packaging. Contact us first at 956 206 1512 or 4youtruckparts@gmail.com to get a return authorization. Returns sent without one may be refused.
Parts we cannot take back
- Parts that have been installed, mounted or run on an engine.
- Parts that have been modified, painted or taken apart.
- Special-order parts, unless they arrive damaged or are the wrong part.
- Electrical components that have been connected.
Wrong or damaged parts
If we sent the wrong part, or it arrived damaged, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and send photos. For freight shipments (dashboards and seats), note any damage on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund.
Restocking fee
Returns that are not our error may have a restocking fee of 15% of the part price. Original shipping costs are not refunded, and you pay the return shipping.
Refunds
We inspect returned parts within 5 business days of arrival and let you know if the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method: card refunds can take 5 to 10 business days to appear, and Zelle or PNC Bank payments are refunded by the same method. If you have not received your refund after that time, contact your bank first, then call us.
Cores
Rebuilt turbos and actuators are sold with a refundable core deposit ($600 per turbo, $400 per actuator). How to return your old core and get the deposit back is explained in our Core Policy.
Exchanges
If you need a different part, the fastest way is to place a new order and return the original under this policy. Call us if you are unsure which part fits; we can check by part number, VIN or a photo of the tag.
